BT 4800
Unique EPDM rubber surface formulated to work with all energy curable ink systems. Resistant to swelling of polar solvents found in UV and hybrid inks and washes. The high compressibility makes the BöttcherTop 4800 a very shock resistant blanket. This compressibility compensates for the mechanical deficiencies of the press, reducing or eliminating scratches. The micro-ground and polished surface results in sharp, well-defined spots and dense, clean solids.

The original mix of surface rubber with different types of polymers and fillers of the BöttcherTop 8200 allows a first quality chemical resistance to inks and aggressive chemicals.
